The MassHealth Dental Program has a new website and phone number.

DentaQuest will no longer administer the MassHealth dental program as of March 31, 2025.  
 
Upcoming last dates to submit to DentaQuest:  

• New credentialing and recredentialing applications: Friday February 28, 2025 by 5pm ET

• Claims and prior authorization requests: Friday March 14, 2025 by 5pm ET

• Reconsiderations, inquiries, and voids: Tuesday March 31, 2025 by 5pm ET

  
Starting March 1, 2025, please email providerrelations@massdhp.com for assistance with new enrollment and credentialing. Existing providers will receive information about recredentialing based on their existing recredentialing dates. Please note your credentialing effective date and current recredentialing date remains the same and will not change with the new administrator. 

Starting March 15, 2025, please visit www.massdhp.org to submit claims and prior authorizations. Reconsiderations, inquiries, and voids must be submitted at www.massdhp.org starting April 1, 2025.
